Shangyang Group, a leading brand in the beauty industry, held a grand opening ceremony for its first overseas branch factory in Indonesia on November 28, 2023. Mr. Bambang Soesatyo, Speaker of the Indonesian Parliament, Mr. Robert Kardinal, a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives, and the chairman of MPR RI, other members of the Indonesian House of Representatives, and their family and friends attended the ceremony.

Mr. Tony Chen, the chairman of Shangyang Group, gave a speech in which he shared the history and achievements of Shangyang Group, as well as the future plans and goals of the company. He emphasized that the establishment of the Indonesia branch factory is a strategic step for Shangyang Group to expand its global market and enhance its competitiveness.
Following Mr. Chen’s speech, Mr. Robert Kardinal, a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives, gave a congratulatory speech in which they praised Shangyang Group for its innovation and quality and welcomed the company to invest in and operate in Indonesia. He also expressed his hope that PT Shangyang Indonesia will contribute to the economic and social development of Indonesia and foster mutually beneficial relationships with the local government and people.

The ceremony continued with a series of symbolic and festive activities, such as the flag-raising ceremony, the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the lion dance performance, and the handprint ceremony. The guests and the staff of Shangyang Group participated in these activities with enthusiasm and joy, showing their honor and loyalty to the country and the company.
The ceremony concluded with a guided tour of the new branch factory, where the guests had a chance to see the advanced facilities and innovative processes of PT Shangyang Indonesia. The guests were impressed by the high standards and efficiency of the factory and expressed their confidence and expectations for Shangyang’s products and services.
Amidst the distinguished guests present, one notable figure stood out—an Italian gentleman with an illustrious 40-year career in beauty retail in Switzerland, specializing in renowned luxury brands such as CHANEL, DIOR, and YSL. He praised our products and expressed eagerness to collaborate on the global allure of Shangyang’s offerings.
Adding a touch of glamour to the occasion was the presence of the celebrated actress Chelsea Elizabeth Islan. Chelsea Elizabeth Islan, known for her exceptional acting talent, took a moment to share her impressions of Shangyang’s new factory and its products. She was impressed by the state-of-the-art facilities of Shangyang’s new factory.
