Gegenw\u00e4rtig werden die meisten Kunststoffabf\u00e4lle durch Verbrennung und Deponierung behandelt, aber das Problem der Umweltverschmutzung wird dadurch nicht gel\u00f6st. Da Kunststoffe auf nat\u00fcrliche Weise nur schwer abbaubar sind, f\u00fchrt das nach der Verbrennung entstehende giftige Gas zu einer weiteren Ausbreitung der Verschmutzung. Was sind seine Vorteile?<br \/>\n<\/h2>\n<p>1\uff09Weizenstroh-Griff (PLA): M\u00fchle Abfall Weizenstroh in Pulver, mischen PLA Extrusion Granulation und Form Weizenstroh Griff durch Spritzgie\u00dfen. Dieser Griff kann in der Umwelt vollst\u00e4ndig abgebaut werden.<\/p>\n<p>2\uff09Methode des Abbaus: Die in der Natur \u00fcbliche Abbaumethode ist der mikrobielle Abbau. PLA wird durch Mikroorganismen wie Penicillin, Humus, Sichelenzyme, Candida usw. abgebaut. Weizenstrohgriff (PLA) wird zur Kompostierung in die Umwelt entsorgt. Durch mikrobiellen Abbau werden die Lipidbindungen in PLA unter Bildung von Milchs\u00e4ure zersetzt. Schlie\u00dflich wird die Milchs\u00e4ure zu CO2 und H2O abgebaut.<\/p>\n<p>3\uff09Vorteile: Die Hauptmaterialien des Weizenstrohgriffs (PLA) sind Weizen, Strohhalme und PLA. Die PLA wird mit Milchs\u00e4ure als Hauptrohstoff polymerisiert. Die Quelle der Rohstoffe ist ausreichend und erneuerbar, vor allem Mais, Maniok, etc. Der Produktionsprozess von PLA ist umweltfreundlich und das Endprodukt ist biologisch abbaubar.
